Rig Lift (UK) Limited is a leading specialist in the removal and installation of plant and machinery. We specialise in particular in the handling of heavy‑duty air‑conditioning plant and transformer/switchgear equipment.
We also provide a complete strip‑down of air‑conditioning plant at our purpose‑built workshop facilities, followed by on‑site re‑assembly.
All our tackle vans carry a comprehensive range of machinery‑handling equipment, ensuring that our operatives will always have the correct equipment to hand and minimising the risk of delays or damage.
Our fleet includes:
4 Lorry Loader Cranes ranging from 9.5 TM – 82 TM (12t‑44t Gross)
4 fully equipped Ford Transit Tackle vans
1 Ford Transit Drop side 3500 kgs Gross Weight
At our depot in Erith, Kent we also hold a large stock of specialised lifting and moving equipment, including steel lattice box frames (Christchurch Cribs), a large range of lifting gantries, lifting and spreader beams.
We can also supply scaffolding support structures, genie hoists, sleepers, steel plates, fencing barriers and supply with an operator various capacity and types of fork lift trucks.
Our expert contract managers will accurately assess the specific requirements of each project. Following a comprehensive technical survey we will provide a full specification, AutoCAD drawings and risk assessment.
For tricky locations where conditions mean that normal lifting equipment can’t be used for reasons of access, safety or cost‑effectiveness, we supply and operate specialist high‑rise derrick and gantry lifting equipment.
This equipment is specifically designed to meet the needs of these locations.
We also design, test and operate a comprehensive range of lifting equipment such as compressed air lifting platforms, hydraulic lifting booms, guyed lifting derricks and purpose designed spreader and lifting beams.
