Whilst our experienced Contracts Managers take personal responsibility for every project, we operate as a team, and every operative takes personal pride in a job well‑planned and well‑executed.

Every member of our team is highly trained and fully informed about statutory and regulatory requirements and health and safety.

Our fleet includes:

• 4 Lorry Loader Cranes ranging from 9.5 TM – 82 TM (12t‑44t Gross)

• 4 fully equipped Ford Transit Tackle vans

• 1 Ford Transit Drop side 3500 kgs Gross Weight

Our comprehensive project management processes are designed to ensure that every project runs smoothly and cost-effectively, with minimum disruption to the surrounding area and infrastructure:

• full site survey

• site meetings as required

• detailed specification and AutoCAD drawings

• comprehensive programme of works

• detailed project‑specific method statement

• project‑specific risk assessments and toolbox talks

• safe working policy incorporating safe working practices

• liaison with the Police, Council Engineers and Site Security

• road closure permits where required

• raise indemnities

• road traffic and pedestrian management

• organises and operates road traffic contra‑flow systems and closures

• site supervision of the works
